NB: Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing increased processing and ship times on all orders. Please note that we are doing our best to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Due to COVID-19, All orders are now processed within 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All our free shipping offers only apply to the Contiguous US. This excludes the US Territories and Offshore US Territories (Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)

Due to COVID-19, We are experiencing increased ship times. This times does not include the processing time of up to 3 working days. If more than 3 weeks have passed from your shipping date notification, please email us at [email protected] to review the status of your order.

Delivery times are dependent upon product, inventory status and delivery method. We offer 1-3 day free shipping on select Items. You will see this offer on the product description if it applies for that particular product.  Typically, orders will arrive to your home within 1-14 business days. Items shipping via common carrier can take up to three weeks to arrive. Exceptions are communicated on the product information page and in your shopping cart. In rare instances, when an in-stock item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, you will be notified via e-mail.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We currently ship to only physical addresses within the U.S. and the U.S. Territories. We will not ship to APO/FPO Addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Damages

We shall not be liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
