Thank you for visiting and shopping at The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

NB: Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing increased ship times on all orders. At this time, please expect your order to ship between 2-4 weeks. Please note that we are doing our best to fulfil all orders as quickly as possible.

Processing Time

Due to COVID-19, All orders are now processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All our free shipping offers only apply to the Contiguous US. This excludes the US Territories and Offshore US Territories (Alaska, Hawaii, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.)

Due to COVID-19, We are experiencing increased ship times. Please allow between 2-4 weeks for your Item to arrive. This times does not include the processing time of up to 7 working days. If more than 4 weeks have passed from your shipping date notification, please email us at [email protected] to review the status of your order.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We currently ship to only physical addresses within the U.S. and the U.S. Territories. We will not ship to APO/FPO Addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.


The final country of destination may charge additional custom taxes, duties or VAT fees and customers are solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable merchandise. Declaring less than the true value is both a violation of American law and the laws of most other countries. We are a retailer therefore we are prohibited by law from claiming your order as “gift” or “sample”. Call your local customs office for details about these charges.


We shall not be liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
